If you're new to EV charging or just getting started with Neo Energy, here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you use our fast-charging stations with ease.

 

🔋 Step 1: Download the Neo Energy App

To get started, download the Neo Energy Network app:

• For Android users: Google Play Store
   
• For iOS users: Apple App Store
   

Search for "Neo Energy Network", and install the app on your phone.

 

📱 Step 2: Sign Up and Log In

1. Open the app and tap Sign Up.
    
2. Enter your mobile number.
    
3. You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS — enter it to verify your number.
    
4. Set a new password for your account.
    
5. Log in using your mobile number and the password you just created.
   
    

💰 Step 3: Load Money to Your Wallet

Before charging, you'll need to load some balance into your Neo wallet:

• From the app’s home screen, tap “Add Money”.
  
   
• Choose your preferred digital wallet: eSewa or Khalti.
  
   
• Follow the instructions to complete the transaction securely.
   

Once the balance is added, you’re ready to charge!

 

⚡ Step 4: Plug In and Start Charging

1. Visit any Neo Energy Network DC charging station.
    
2. Remove the charging gun from the station.
    
3. Plug it into your car’s charging port securely.
    
4. Open the Neo Energy app and scan the QR code on the charging station to initiate the session.
    
5. Charging will begin, and you can monitor progress live from the app.
   
    

🛑 Step 5: Stop Charging

You can stop charging in two ways:

• Tap the “Ongoing Charge” section in the app and press the “Stop Charging” button.
  
   
• Or, scan the QR code again to stop the session.
  
   

Once stopped, unplug the gun from your car and place it back into the charger dock.

You can see real-time status, charging speed, and cost while your car is charging. The app also shows nearby chargers, availability, and lets you plan longer trips confidently.
